The RF50 is used to supply cold water for food products, with a working temperature from +25°C to +2°C.
Normal use allows cooling of the dough temperature by mixing it with refrigerated water, but many other uses are also possible.
The wall type version provides a 50 litre quick storage model, with the same production capacity as the 200 litre floor type model.
The R50 is available in the “M” version which is the manual model. Water is supplied by gravity via a delivery tap. The A version is the automatic model fitted with an electric pump to combine with a water meter.
