The Lillnord STRAIGHTLINE cabinet is a new concept for shock freezing and storage of dough pieces and patisserie, which fulfils all demands for quality. The state-of-the-art unit is modular in design and may be expanded according to wishes and requirements of each bakery. The shock module is the base, which may be expanded with up to 5 storage freezer modules on its right and up to 2 cold storage modules on its left side. Attainment of optimum product quality places high demands on the climatic conditions of the unit, in which the products are stored. The Straightline fully satisfies these demands through the employment of innovative control principles developed at Lillnord in close cooperation with bakers and raw material suppliers over many years.
